Chip Seal

Chip Seal provides a beautiful alternative to asphalt. First the liquid emulsion is applied to the base, and then the gravel is spread over the fresh emulsion. Once the emulsion is completely covered with gravel, a roller is used to press the gravel in place.

With Chip Seal you can personalize your project with colored stones; shades of brown or light gray are available.  Chip Seal surfaces typically last up to 10 years but can vary based on several factors such as climate, traffic, and base.

Chip Seal can be a cost effective solution versus new asphalt.
