One simple asphalt surface maintenance technique is to have your parking lot re-striped to add a nicer look to existing asphalt surface. Also, when a new seal coat or asphalt surface is installed parking lot surfaces will need new parking stalls and pavement markings.

The repainting (striping) of an asphalt lot usually takes place every three to four years as it mostly depends on the amount of traffic volume. Before your stripe, the lot should be inspected to see if there are any major problems with the existing surface that need repair or maintenance.
